Conditions of Entry – ‘Mr Dad Asian Supermarket’ Facebook Competition

1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter is Mr Dad Asian Supermarket Victoria (ABN#: 87 636 099 717). In no way is this competition sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated by Facebook or has any responsibility to entrants or participants.

3. Entry is open to current Victorian citizens. Entrants must be 18 years and over to enter the competition.

4. The competition commences at 9am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Saturday 1^st April 2023 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on Sunday 30th April 2023. Entries posted outside the competition dates will not be considered.

5. To enter the competition, entrants must comment on the  Mr Dad Asian Supermarket competition post on  facebook or Instagram page.

6. For entries to be valid, the entrant must a) Must comment on the  Mr Dad Asian Supermarket Facebook/Instagram post within the weekly competition entry and closing dates. b) Be a Victorian resident

7. Entrants guarantee that the Facebook or Instagram account they are registering from is their own.

8. Individuals may enter from Facebook and Instagram.

9. Mr Dad Asian Supermarket reserves the right to delete any inappropriate entries (e.g. any entries which do not depict a safe situation, are not relevant to the competition or are promoting particular products/ brands).

10. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.

11. The winning entry will receive a Mr Dad Asian Supermarket voucher of the value of $50.

12. The winning entrant will be notified via Facebook Tuesday 2^nd May 2023. Results will be published on Mr Dad Asian Supermarket Facebook page. Due to Facebook not allowing Companies to contact followers/entrants through Facebook, entrant will have to contact Mr Dad through Facebook Messenger to find out detail on how to claim their prize.

13. If a prize remains unclaimed two weeks after the draw, Mr Dad Asian Supermarket may cancel the prize.

14. All posts entered in the competition will become the intellectual property of Mr Dad Asian Supermarket Victoria and may be used by Mr Dad Asian Supermarket for promotional purposes (including on Facebook and Instagram).

15. All entries must publicly like Mr Dad Asian Supermarket page, hiding the page once liked will mean Mr Dad will not see your entry meaning you will not be entered in the draw.

16. The judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into either during or after the competition.

17. Mr Dad Asian Supermarket shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injury costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion and/or its prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received in their entirety by Mr Dad Asian Supermarket or incorrectly completed by the closing date and time.

19. Mr Dad Asian Supermarket assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications of the competition. Mr Dad Asian Supermarket is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any material in this competition.

20. If there is an event beyond Mr Dad Asian Supermarket reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the competition or Mr Dad Asian Supermarket ability to deliver the prize to the winners, then Mr Dad Asian Supermarket may in its discretion cancel the promotion. Further, Mr Dad Asian Supermarket may at its sole discretion recommence it under the same conditions.

21. Entry into the competition shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry and is deemed approval to use winners’ name(s) and photographs(s) for publicity purposes. Mr Dad Asian Supermarket may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
